CRS4 Social Wall | A large interactive surface for multi-user environments

The project

Social Wall is an innovative system devised to build interactive surfaces. Designed to be used in conjunction with projected surfaces (or large TVs), it is the ideal mean to realize multi-user application, particularly useful for co-working and collaborative scenarios.

Interactive

As touch surface, users can explore contents simply by direct manipulation and gestures. Detecting objects hurled against the wall, it allows to realize interfaces where their elements are controlled by user movements and action on physical objects.

Large and scalable

The system is designed to be scalable. It is based on modules that can be applied directly on the wall surface. Each module detect interactions independently and works with other modules allowing to cover large walls!

Social Wall is the perfect technology for shared spaces such as museums, schools, fairs etc. It can be used for didactic, playful and collaborative activities.
